My client, a leading London based financial organisation are currently looking for a IT Helpdesk Analyst to be first line of IT support to their London user base.

My client, a leading London based financial organisation are currently looking for a IT Helpdesk Analyst to be first line of IT support to their London user base.
Suitable candidates must have:
- Minimum one year’s experience of providing user/technical support within the financial services industry.
- Has experience in providing services and feedback to users and management in accordance with service level agreements (SLA).
- Sound knowledge of networking in a switched environment; Windows 10 and 11 components including M365.
- Previous involvement in the management and administration of Microsoft Defender Security.
- Has been involved in the management of helpdesk requests in an SLA driven environment.
- Experience of data backup and related processes and techniques.
- Working knowledge of remote access solutions (Microsoft’s Remote Help).
