Job description
We are immediately looking for an IT Help Desk Support professional to work onsite in West London.
Our client require part-time cover (3 days per week) and the succesfull candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users with varying levels of IT knowledge. It's important that applicants have previous experience in a Microsoft 365, Windows 10 & 11 environment, and have provided resolution for user queries/problems as a floor walker.
This role involves independent work with onsite users, so strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £180.00-£300.00 per day

- No weekends
