Job description
*Field based role/Hybrid, travelling around the UK*
To provide support to Hawkins’ users and assist with technical advice and expertise on new developments with IT software and hardware. To play a key role in the implementation of new hardware and software on site around the UK, supporting the setup and ongoing management of all company hardware and software and being the first point of escalation from the service desk. This includes both 1st and 2nd line support.

Salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
