Location: South East / Slough (Field-based)
Contract:
- Friday 09.00 - 20.00
- Saturday 09.00 - 20.00
- Sunday 10.00 - 18.30
- Either Thursday or Monday shift
- 37.5 Hour working week

Role Summary: As an IT Field Delivery Engineer, your mission is to provide expert support for IT hardware and software solutions, ensuring that our clients’ customers' needs are met within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your technical prowess and exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in efficiently resolving customer issues, establishing trust, and serving as a knowledgeable guide across various technical domains.
Key Duties:
- Diagnose, repair, and replace PC’s, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
- Facilitate timely and precise part movements, adhering to RMA guidelines and company protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to deliver seamless service to our valued customers.
- Undertake customer rebuilds and basic configurations as required.
- Familiarity with AV and basic printer repairs.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license is necessary for the role.
- Promptly respond to information requests from your line management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient understanding of PC, laptop, printer, and peripheral operations.
- Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Excellent customer-facing aptitude.
- Ability to obtain SC Clearance.
- Valid full UK driving license.
