Job Title: Multi-site IT Engineer
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 (plus a car allowance)
Location: West Yorkshire (commutable from Leeds, Skipton, Bradford, Harrogate, Wakefield)

If you are left feeling deflated at the end of your working week, working unearthly hours, then this role is a must. You will be allocated set hours with your clients, allowing you to get home to be with your loved ones, Netflix, sports or whatever makes you happy!

Ultimately, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Engineer to join our client, where you be servicing clients in and around West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues, and implementing and maintaining IT systems. Above all, you will have a warm and supportive personality to make their clients feel at ease.

The role:

• Provide on-site technical support to a designated set of clients.
• You will be rostered into supporting the same clients on a weekly basis, so you will really become a part of the team you are supporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
• Implement and maintain IT systems.
• Configure and install software and hardware.
• Ensure that all IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT support activities.

About you:

• 3/4 years of experience in an IT support role. Ideally experienced in a high 2nd line capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11)
• Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
• Office 365 and Azure administration and implementation.
• Active Directory administration.
• Experience with supporting Windows Server 2016-2022.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.
• You will be required to completed and enhanced DBS check.
