Telecoms Networking IT Engineer / Graduate

They are looking for either a qualified Telecoms, networking or IT Field Engineer or graduate to join their ever-growing team. They are willing to provide the necessary training to any candidate that has IT qualifications providing that you are keen and willing to learn the products and solutions that we offer.
The core function of the Engineering team is to install, maintain and train our customers on the products and services we provide. Their products and service include a wide range from PBX systems and Communication platforms from various vendors, Network infrastructure (switches, routers wifi etc), and Cloud Services (IaaS). You will be central to ensuring our customers receive first class service.
The successful candidate will assist with a nationwide cloud telephony service roll-out project. This is a field-based roll, which will include installing phones, testing the configuration, and providing end user training at branches around the UK.

Technical requirements. Applicants must meet at least some of these requirements (but not necessarily all):
· Qualified Wildix engineer is preferable
· IT / networking qualifications, such as: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Networking or similar, CCNA, MTCNA.
· Knowledge of the Telecoms industry
· Knowledge of networking
· CAT5 and 1308 cabling experience
· Ability to fault find
· System installation experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm + Overtime
Company Vehicle provided
Mobile Phone for business and personal use
Laptop and tools provided
Where travel and hotels are required for the project, these expenses are paid for by the company
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £19,000 to £26,000 / year Dependent upon experience and qualifications
Additional Notes: Must have a clean UK Drivers licence.
