This an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a leading US law firm based close to Liverpool Street.
This top US law firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their London office to support with 1st and 2nd line support with assistance from the US IT team. The role will see you support hardware and software.
For this position we are seeking someone with who has provided IT support within ideally a law firm or someone who has provided IT support to a professional services company within central London. You must also have proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems to include but not limited to Windows 10 and MS-Office Suite ranging from 2016 and higher. You must have a flexible attitude to work and have the
availability to work overtime as required.
The perfect IT Support Specialist will have 3 years of experience or more and be able to work self-sufficiently on a variety of projects and helpdesk queries. You will work closely with the Regional IT Manager to work towards SLA's and improve first-time fixes.
Highly desirable but not essential for the role are basic networking architecture knowledge to include but not limited to TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS, prior experience working in a law firm or professional services industry and experience working in a smaller setting.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: £20.00-£26.00 per hour
