Role: IT Customer Support Engineer

Location: Heathrow & Gatwick (Customer Site)

Salary Package: Competitive Salary + Shift Allowance + Large Company Benefits

Contract Type: Permanent / Shift


This is a shift position across 3 Shifts:
1st Shift - 07:00 - 16:00 (8 Hours)
2nd Shift - 09:00 - 18:00 (8 Hours)
2nd Shift - 10:00 - 19:00 (8 Hours)
6 Days on 3 Off

OOH Standby Coverage one in three Weeks
04:00 - 07:00 (3 Hours) & 19:00 - 23:30 (4.5 Hours)

Role Requirements

  • Provide high quality support on IT hardware and software products, within the required Service Level Agreements.
  • Work efficiently and proactively to deliver IT support services to a wide portfolio of customers.
  • Using your strong Technical and Customer Service skills, you will ensure that customer issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
  • Opportunity to become a trusted adviser to the customer across a range of technical areas.


Skills/Experience

  • Have experience of supporting a range of PC, Laptop, Printer technologies within a site or field environment
  • Pride yourself on delivering the highest quality service to the customer
  • Relish the prospect of the opportunities to train in new technologies and services
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Have strong communications skills and be a strong team player
