Coffer Group is an MSP that has delivered managed, tailored technology solutions to leading capital management firms, independent schools, and start-ups in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2007. We work with big-budget clients who understand the value and impact of their IT infrastructure on their business which allows us to work on projects where we get to show off our tech knowledge and talent.
As our Senior IT Consultant, you will be highly visible at client locations between San Francisco and Palo Alto. You will work both independently and collaboratively to find innovative solutions to a variety of technical challenges. You are expected to always put your best foot forward.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer or science or related field is desired
Work Experience:
IT Experience: 5 years required.
Experience in the following industries is an advantage: Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Law Firms, or Independent Schools
MSP Experience: 2 years preferred
Additional knowledge, skills, and responsibilities:
Strong understanding and demonstrated business level support for Microsoft related technologies
Microsoft Office 365; including Exchange email, SharePoint and OneDrive
Windows AD user management
G Suite administration
AWS administration at a high level
Virtualization
VMware
Experience troubleshooting servers, firewalls, routers, switches at a high level
Palo Alto and Panorama
Knowledge and experience with networking principles
Ability to create network diagrams and other internal use documentation
Hardware, networking, and PC operating system troubleshooting skills
Windows and Mac OS
Preferred knowledge, skills, and competencies:
Use of documentation platform
Use of ConnectWise Manage
Use of ConnectWise Automate
