Job description
Primary Goal have a exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated IT Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our Digital Support Technician programme.
As we continue to grow, we are keen to appoint an experienced team member who is looking for a progressive company and to bring fresh ideas to our team. If you have experience in digital technologies and a background in teaching, coaching or training, we would love to hear from you!
Essential knowledge & skills:
- Teaching, coaching or training experience.
- A passion for education.
- Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in schools or businesses.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
- A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.
Desirable knowledge & skills:
- Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
- Technical qualification(s).
- An understanding of apprenticeship standards and frameworks.
Primary Goal offers:
- £32,000-£34,000 per annum D.O.E with the opportunity to increase your salary in line with KPIs and performance.
