IT Co-Ordinator
The Tin Roof Media group is looking for an IT Co-Ordinator to work on a part-time basis (3 days across 5) for an immediate start on a Fixed Term contract.
The right person needs to be friendly and outgoing, able to interact with people at all levels as well as with busy production teams and our IT support company (FOS), in person, on the phone and over email. Must have a keen eye for detail and enjoy problem-solving! Occasional travel to our office in South Wales would be required, so if you can drive then even better but that’s not an essential requirement.
Key requirements include (but are not limited to):-
· A sound understanding of IT and IT systems, PC and Mac
· Maintenance and general upkeep of our Dropbox and in-house servers; setting up new starters, permissions, creation of new folders
· Server storage management; server troubleshooting; large file management in conjunction with FOS
· Managing Vimeo account, permissions and data security in line with group protocols
· Basic technical upkeep and installation of all computer hardware; installation of any required new software; liaising with the Office Manager to dispose of any redundant equipment
· Setting up new Users and working with the Office Manager with day-to-day requirements and providing front line support to staff – both in London and in Wales/West Country
· Working with the Office Manager to ensure Leavers are either archived or deleted in MS Admin and on the server
· Working with the Office Manager to maintain the IT and equipment log; establishing systems to ensure laptops are maintained and fit for purpose when sent out on production; managing software log and ensuring licenses are either renewed or cancelled
· Excellent Microsoft365 admin skills and MS Teams management; troubleshooting MS Teams; able to assist with MS Teams meetings set up etc.
· General day to day IT troubleshooting & consultancy
· Printer and VPN setup and troubleshooting
· Zoom and MS Teams set up and recording
· Management of our internet connection, and liaising with our providers
