It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: Scope and Purpose Assist in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materialsGather public information through numerous sourcesAnalyse company performance on an absolute and relative basisAssist in the creation of models for financial analysis, forecasts and valuation metricsAssist in the drafting of teasers and Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side assignmentsAssist in the execution of dealsProduce and maintain various databasesProvide training/support for Interns Required Experience 1-2 years' experience in similar M&A role within investment bank, Big-4, M&A boutique/consultant highly preferential;Exceptional candidates with 6-month internship in similar setting can also be considered Competencies Required Degree in economics and financial disciplines highly preferred, engineering degrees can also be consideredProficiency in both Excel and PowerPointKnowledge in Corporate Finance and Accounting analysisKnowledge and application skills of the main company valuation methods (DCF, LBO analysis, Multiples)Language skills: fluency in English a must have; Italian speakers preferred (but not strictly required)Right to work in the UK.Distinctive relational skills; team workerSolid analytical skills with high attention to detailHigh and constant motivation and reliabilityPragmatic, problem-solving approach; autonomy and speed of learningAbility to work in stressful conditions and at tight deadlines Everyone is an asset for our Group and that person could be you!
