Enfortitude is a dynamic and growing company that specializes in high-quality renovation projects. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for a total bad a** who is organised, driven, and has the ability to work with little supervision and get the job done. You will have a very keen eye for detail, experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, and/or office manager and be looking for your next challenge.
Essential
- Previous experience in an Executive/Personal Assistant role is an essential requirement.
- Previous experience within an office management/facilities role is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, required.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
- Experience with accounting software, preferably Xero
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive) preferred.
- Thorough understanding of the need for discretion and respecting confidentiality. The ability to manage sensitive information appropriately is essential.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Customer focused; able to build relationships and communicate in a clear and fluent way, adapting the style of delivery to suit the audience.
- Must have access to your own car and a full drivers license as occasional errands, check ins, and ad hoc onsite tasks will be required.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in the full range of business support functions, including organising the CEO’s schedule, managing calendar invitations, triaging emails and calls and organising events and meetings.
- Managing company social media accounts including creating content and writing posts for Linkedin, in particular.
- Reconciliation of rental accounts and producing statements
- Maintenance management of CEOs personal rental portfolio and handling of all tenant issues
- Ordering of materials to worksites and organisation of cleaners, photographers and other contacts during projects
- Communication with builders and suppliers during renovation projects
- Queing payments to suppliers and builders for biweekly pay run
- Providing business support to the CEO with tasks such as preparing investment information for clients
- Ad hoc tasks to help support the CEO in day to day tasks.

This position is initially for three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 24 hours per week, with the potential to rise to full time hours depending on the candidate and business needs.
This role can be home based if the candidate has a dedicated, quiet, focussed workspace or can be based in our coworking space based on Gloucester Road. Enfortitude will provide an iMac desktop computer set up and all associated equioment needed so while this can be a home based role it is not a remote role, the candidate must be based in and around Bristol.
We are looking for a start date of early to mid September 2023.
This position offers a base salary of £28,000 pro rated to £16,800 along with car allowance.
