About The Role
You will build and maintain relationships with managers across the organisation, understanding their needs and suggesting ways to meet them.
You will ensure end-user satisfaction and engagement with IT services, supporting them with any access needs.
Conduct regular visits to sites within your support area (Bristol).
Administer and maintain all account directories, onboarding new starters, offboarding leavers, processing changes, etc.
Provide end-user IT support and advice, in person through regular site visits, remotely, over the phone and via email.
Line manage, support and develop an IT Helpdesk Advisor.
Identify, propose, implement and lead on continual IT service improvements.
Develop and deliver comprehensive, effective training programs that will enhance employee skills and knowledge.
About You
Professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be desirable.
A UK driver’s licence and access to own vehicle to attend site visits.
Experience in a support desk or advisory role.
Experience of supporting, coaching and developing colleagues with their development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
