Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong Infrastructure support knowledge
- Previous experience of project delivery and Implementation
- Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of workflow management tools such as JIRA

About the role
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
To Lead and/or participate in improvement initiatives for one or more areas of the business
- Support for future planning with business areas
- Work in conjunction with the Senior Technology Business Partner to Build the Tech plans for the business area
- Ensuring milestones are met by managing workloads within projects
- Working with key stakeholders to support the delivery of technology projects within the business area
- Managing diverse projects across different business areas
- Facilitate workshop session in order to gather and build upon existing processes within each business area
- Taking ownership of escalations
- Work with existing third party vendors
- Provide hands on technical expertise of business systems to communicate best practice and understand challenges. This may include low level
- Perform periodic reviews of IT systems across all departments to see if they are continuing to deliver the needs of the business, reporting back any changes
Working patterns
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday
We can consider part time/flexible working for this role, this can be discussed at interview stage
The role will be a hybrid working position which will roughly be a 50/50 split between working from our Group Support Centre in Doncaster and remotely
