IT Business Analyst

About the Role:

The COPFS Enterprise Solutions Team are responsible for the design, development and embedding of improved technologies and IT solutions.. As the IT Business Analyst you will have involvement in a range of projects from a wide portfolio which offer substantial opportunity for personal development.

This role requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills and an understanding of Business Analyst methodologies. If you are someone who enjoys interacting with a range of different people at various levels on a daily basis and are able to ensure shared understanding to solve problems then this is a great opportunity for you.

You will be a part of a small, closeknit team of Business Analysts working within the wider Information Services Division team. The team have varied skills and experience from different industries which offers colleagues diverse development experience and knowledge.

Your first few weeks will be spent meeting your colleagues in the ISD team and becoming familiar with the work of COPFS to allow you to develop an understanding of the business needs. You will be working in a collaborative environment and be supported and encouraged to undertake qualifications to develop your skills and build your experience, including AGILE, ISTQB, Business Analysis and ITIL certifications.
