Job description
Working with the Head of IT, the IT Assistant at Reuben College will provide first line support on all tech related queries from Reuben College members. This could be anything from general software issues (Microsoft Office), to setting up routers in student accommodation. The College will be moving into their own building after extensive refurbishment in late summer/early autumn of 2023 and the IT Assistant will help make this transition a success. In addition to this, the IT Assistant will be involved in the planning and maintenance of systems and services rolled out to Reuben College. This could involve server maintenance, SharePoint administration, using Oxford University services such as the Oxford Service Manager to track tickets from Central IT services.
