Overview:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a IT Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Salary:
£21,000 per annum.

Duties:
Your role and responsibilities do not limit your duties, and the Company may require you from time to time to do any work within your capacity to support the Collective Ambition of the Business including but not limited to holidays and absence of others.

  • You will be supporting the business ICT infrastructure and systems the company needs to support it’s strategic, tactical and operational objectives
  • Deliver against targets to the required standard whilst following business processes and procedures
  • Use time effectively and deal with requests promptly
  • Meet deadlines on key tasks and set priorities based on the business plan
  • Adapt to setbacks and changes, using the available tools to plan and organise work
  • Identify opportunities to share knowledge and skills, treating everyone equally and fairly
  • Maintain and promote effective teamwork
  • You will be working with all users across all teams to provide IT and Telecoms support via a service desk

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
