hireful is a technology company that develops cloud-based recruitment software (Applicant Tracking System or ATS) aimed at small to medium sized businesses. Alongside our software we also offer training and recruitment services.
We are looking for a new IT Apprentice to join our Tech Team, to help support and implement our bespoke cloud-based application with our customers.
Location: Strixton, Northamptonshire (easy to reach from Wollaston, Bozeat, Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Olney, Earls Barton, etc.)
Salary: £12,000 (Apprenticeship salary)
This is a 15-month Apprenticeship contract with the potential to secure a permanent role in the team upon successful completion of your Apprenticeship.
Here at hireful we work on a hybrid model which is 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home. We have a friendly team and office environment, where we work hard but like to have fun too: arcade games, pool table and plenty of social events including epic summer BBQ and Christmas Parties.
The job will include dealing with support tickets that are raised by email/phone and troubleshooting any issues with the team. Also getting involved in product development meetings, contributing ideas to our future plans.
You'll have the chance to meet with clients and get stuck into project management. This includes building, testing and implementing demo systems and getting new clients live and using our software.
It's a great opportunity to learn and use tools such as Happy Fox, Jira, Redash (reporting SQL), HTML, CSS and JavaScript to name a few.
