Job description
As an IT Apprentice you will work closely with the wider team and other IT support Analysts, to provide excellent 2nd line support to BNP Paribas Real Estate staff.
The successful candidate will be a team player and have the opportunity to learn and grow within a friendly team. The position is based in London with some travel to other UK offices.
Upon successful completion this apprenticeship you will be an accredited Level 3 Information Communications Technician.
Role responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Completing service requests such as processing new starters, installing applications, access requests, mobile device management etc.
- Ensure Service Desk tickets are logged, updated and resolved within SLAs
- Updating department documentation
- Work with the team to implement new IT services from service design to service transition and Service operation.
- Work closely with 3rd party suppliers for support and to resolve calls.
- Work closely with other members of the wider IT Team for support and to resolve calls.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the company’s operations and procedures;
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the purview of the post.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills Required:
- Understanding of Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of Windows 10
- Familiar with PC hardware
- Excellent customer service skills
