IT and Technology Recruitment Consultant – Become a specialist!

Recruiting the highest calibre IT and Tech professionals and placing them with some famous names within the Tech space, including Samsung, Monzo and Air b’n’b. You will be sourcing these candidates, taking them throughout the interview recruitment and interview process and until they have started their new job.

We offer a competitive salary between £24,000-£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission, within your first year you should earn between £40,000 - £50,000 and at a minimum see 1 promotion.

We pride ourselves on being a relationship focused recruitment firm, you will be expected to maintain, build and create relationships with both existing and new clients and candidates

Responsibilities:

· Finding and placing professional talent into the specialist IT and Technologymarkets

· Networking and understanding business development to generate new business opportunities

· Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and being able to consultant on the best results for all parties when placing a candidate within a role

· Offering the best opportunities for candidates and managing the process throughout until offer stage and beyond

Ideal candidates:

· Strong academic history, including a preferred 2:1 or above degree or preferred business to business sales experience (not a requirement)

· Extra-curricular and sport experience at a competitive level

· Motivated, driven and strong communication skills

· Work experience alongside studies or evidence of money driven work experience

· A positive, fun and open to learn individual who wants to push themselves into their next challenge
