- Estimated annual base pay: $ $100,300 - $125,300 (midpoint)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a IT HR Time & Attendance Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
- Primary responsibility is analyzing business processes and designing the business systems
- Act as a liaison to key stakeholders implementing software solutions, participating in selection, evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and other stake holders on new time system enhancements to better serve the business goals
- Be the IT functional subject matter expert for Time & Attendance system capabilities
- Hands-on application configuration to meet complex business requirements including pay rules, attendance, accruals, and advanced scheduling
- Facilitate and coordinate software testing on system changes and mentor business users on creation of test plans
- Act as a change agent within the business for adoption of process and/or IT system changes
- Provides time and attendance data analytics and special reporting support, including support for Crystal Reports
- Partner with other internal teams to support and deploy time clock and kiosk infrastructure as need
HS Diploma required
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- WFS Certification preferred
- 2-5 years of WFM functional module implementation and configuration experience required
- 2-5 years of experience detailing program specifications and testing programs required
- 2-5 years of experience giving direction to IT individuals and users required
- 2-5 years of experience with integrations of time and attendance applications to payroll and HR applications required
- 2-5 years of experience with configuration of complex time and attendance requirements including pay rules, attendance, accruals, and advanced scheduling required
