The It Analyst Intern Program is an exciting opportunity for candidates to experience a 2-year internship program performing a variety of roles within the broad Digital and Technology Solutions environment. Rotations may include everything from programming and coding, to providing desk-side support to the public service. This is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of all of the sectors of digital technology within the Government of Manitoba and exposure to possible career trajectories candidates may not have considered! We are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic about IT and open to trying their hand at a variety of IT roles.
Conditions of Employment:

- Must provide and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, enhanced security screening may be required.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Post-secondary education from University, College or Polytechnic in the form of bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, or relevant IT certification. A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Varied computer skills including but not limited to: programming, coding, customer support, and ability to build on existing skillsets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Duties:
Candidates will be rotated through various roles within the Digital and Technical Solutions division over the course of a 2-year internship.
