Job description
Bremont are seeking an IT Administrator to help support the expected growth of the business, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT professional to join a small IT team, reporting to the IT Manager as part of the larger Business Systems Department.
The IT Team is responsible for the support, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, building and documentation of all IT systems and infrastructure, and for providing support to users across the business. Supporting 150+ users across multiple sites domestically and internationally, the IT Administrator will bring a range of skills to the business and will have the opportunity to affect meaningful business improvement.

Key responsibilities
- Provide first/second line support to the global user base.
- User account management across a range of platforms.
- Commissioning/deployment of new end user equipment.
- Training of personnel on our systems.
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate written documentation for systems, infrastructure, maintenance logs, and procedures.
- Administration of our server and network infrastructure.
- Assisting with software implementation and systems configuration.
- Support of our audio-visual systems.
- Performing other duties as required by the business
Working Environment
- 37.5 Working hours a week, 9-17:30, Monday – Friday
- Onsite at our HQ in Henley on Thames with occasional travel to boutique sites across the UK.
- Easily accessible by car, on the main bus routes from Reading and High Wycombe. Short walk from Henley train station.
Requirements
Required skills and experience:
- Support of a windows server hybrid environment
- Network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Subnets, VPNs, VLANs)
- Microsoft 365 Product suite
- Support of Windows & Mac desktop environments
- Mobile device support for Android and iOS
- Experience in remotely supporting a multi-site company.
- Ability to map and document IT and business processes
Beneficial but not essential familiarity with / experience of:
- Microsoft Azure
- VMWare & Veeam
- Network & device security (Firewall, AV, Spam Filter)
- SQL Database experience (query writing, administration)
- Data analysis & report preparation (Excel, PowerBI)
- ERP Administration (Priority ERP)
