Job description
The Sales Support Administrator will report to the Sales Manager and will primarily assist the Sales Team with all related administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the business. You will have regular contact with managers, colleagues and customers/suppliers.
The majority of this role will require data entry so attention to detail is paramount.
You will also be responsible as follows:
Making calls to Farmers in relation to Sawdust requirements/CRM entry & follow through orders to transport
Waste transfer notes (seasons)
Creating Waste management reports and dealing with Waste returns
Creating Mass balance reports
Customer compliance – Annual, quarterly audit forms sent to customers for completion
To ensure all reports are completed, updated and communicated in a timely manner/to deadlines.
To ensure all associated documentation with new customers/suppliers are received and communicated in a timely manner/to deadlines.
To ensure the internal systems are kept up to date at all times.
The successful candidate will:
Be an experienced Administrator working in a very busy environment
Need to have a flexible approach to work due to the adhoc requirements of the role
Have excellent Customer Care
Be able to demonstrate excellent Communication and Organisational skills
Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
Have excellent attention to detail.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break per day.
Holidays are 28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) from April to March each year.

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
