Derby Home’s Capital Works Team is seeking a Construction Manager to be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of our own trades and external contractors responsible for delivering the programme of works delivered by the Capital Works Delivery Team.


You will be responsible for planning, organising, directing and controlling construction projects; new build and refurbishment, including programmes of adaptations, bathrooms, DFGs and kitchens, from start to finish in accordance with work schedules, specifications and budgets. You will also ensure projects are delivered within the constraints of H&S and CDM requirements.
