Job description
CTS Projects are seeking an IT Administrator to support our in house IT requirements. The IT Administrator will be responsible for meeting site demands, supporting and customizing in house software and minimising downtime of essential services. In particular, a big part of this role will be to tailor and support our in house systems and also to develop and maintain custom SQL reporting builds.
About The Role
Main responsibilities will include:
Providing 1st and 2nd line support for all IT related queries
Analysing SQL databases and providing reports as required.
Building and maintaining Power BI Models
Providing support and develop configuration for in house software systems
Ensuring service management systems knowledge base is updated when required
Liaising with third party software companies
Performing one-to-one training on hardware/software applications where required
Diagnosing and fixing PC/Laptop system and software related faults
Programming tasks as required
Maintaining site printers
Presenting and implementing innovative problem solving solutions
Any other ad hoc projects as required
Testing and developing integration connections with clients
Security and permission maintenance
Qualifications and Person Specification
Must have at least 36 months experience, gained within an IT Role
Must have SQL experience.
Applicants must be experienced and knowledgeable in Windows Servers, Windows 10 and Office 365
Have drive, energy, and determination to achieve goals
Be able to work independently with a high level of accuracy
Have well developed inter-personal and communication skills
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in an IT support function and have exposure to the following technologies:
SQL Databases and reports derived from same.

Windows Servers, Windows 10, and the Microsoft Office suite
Backup and Data Storage/Recovery procedures
Android and iOS device support
