We are looking for an IT Administration Assistant to join our IT Service Desk. The successful candidate will be a confident and enthusiastic individual who is proactive and has a desire to deliver a very high standard of customer service.
As an IT Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with IT administration queries. You will need to be able to manage and prioritise your own workload whilst ensuring you work well within an already well-established team.
You will be provided with a full introduction to our systems and receive training on our bespoke Case Management Software and other internally developed applications.
This role is office based within our central Bristol office, but we can offer home working on an agile basis as long as this aligns with business need.
You will be set annual objectives which will be assessed on a monthly basis by your supervisor. You will also receive regular feedback and training. This role is an excellent opportunity for anybody looking to start a career within the IT industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- To provide clear & prompt support for all File Dynamics customers by accessing information from any of it’s Information Systems, either via the telephone, email, ticketing systems or face to face.
- To take responsibility for all issues that are reported, record them appropriately, deal with them in an efficient & timely manner.
- Communicate effectively to the customer.
- To maintain and audit key applications in respect of end users & access levels.
- To follow & adhere to the documented ISO procedures and processes in relation to all IT functions.
- To process any digital media admin requests as required.
- To undertake the necessary administrative tasks of key Information Systems.
- To maintain hardware stock levels in all offices. To administer the intake of new starters into the firm, ensuring that all necessary user accounts & associated hardware are in place in adequate time.
- Collating Management data for the IT Support Manager or as requested by any other Manager.
- Working to strict SLA targets.
- Undertaking regular audits of IT Systems.
- Ensuring prioritisation and escalation processes are followed.
