Salary: £24,948 to £30,151 per annum. A Local Weighting Allowance of £1002 is also payable.

We have two exciting opportunities for experienced PA’s to support our Executive Director Team in the strategic leadership of the Council
This role will require you to provide full administrative, PA and secretarial support to the Directors enabling them to achieve strategic goals. You will produce and keep up-to-date the forward plan and schedule of meetings and leadership team activities, plan and prepare for key meetings, coordinate reports and papers, take minutes and track progress of actions.
You will organise the Directors’ office functions and manage their diaries and inboxes ensuring efficient and professional operations whilst communicating with a range of stakeholders, staff and customers. You will ensure that data and information is collated, managed, stored and shared appropriately and you will present clear information in verbal, written and digital formats.
This role requires you to have excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the Council and our strategic partners, linking information together and proactively resolving issues using professional judgement and knowledge.
Do you have in depth experience of providing PA/secretarial and administrative support to a senior manager or company board of trustees? Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you have excellent written and minute taking skills and the ability to compile well-written and grammatically correct documents and letters? Are you a highly organised individual, able to effectively and efficiently plan and organise your own workload, work to deadlines and facilitate the progression of important events and issues?
