Job description
Job Purpose
To assist the Group IT Manager with user account administration across all Azumi restaurants. To be the first point of contact for UK & Europe IT service providers. To coordinate user support
Objectives & Goals
To ensure IT systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Job Role
- Manage 3rd party IT providers for UK and Europe.
- Installation of new IT hardware; servers, cloud, and network infrastructure
- Detailed monitoring of current cloud and network infrastructure
- Work will be based in UK and Europe Azumi restaurants.
- Administer user accounts for all Azumi restaurants globally
- Work closely with Group IT Manager on any other IT related projects when asked
- Provide software and hardware related support to employees
- To be flexible in your approach, work as a team player and to carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested to do so.
Essential Requirements
- University graduate in IT
- Can meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
- Able to follow instructions accordingly and can work autonomously
- Will pick up new skills and knowledge quickly when faced with new challenges
- Exceptionally detail focused
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Azure and Office365
- Experience with computer networks
- Microsoft (MCSE) certifications
