An opportunity has arisen to join NHS Grampian’s HR Operational Team as an Assistant HR Officer based in Aberdeen on a permanent.
The Operational HR Team focuses not only on the provision of professional HR advice, but also in supporting line managers to deliver change, improve attendance and manage and develop performance.
The role will provide the successful candidate with learning and development within a supportive team, whilst providing first level HR advice to both staff and managers from a wide range of disciplines across a variety of services.
Our ideal candidate will already hold or will be working towards a CIPD/ HR qualification, be proficient with Microsoft Office Software and have recent administrative experience in a large multi-disciplinary public sector organisation.
