An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist to be part of our MSK Physiotherapy Team. This post will be working alongside other physiotherapists and Consultants as part of Aberdeen Shoulder Unit. The role will involve triaging, assessing, diagnosing and managing upper quadrant conditions. As well as being integral to the Aberdeen Shoulder Unit, you will be a key member of our senior MSK team in Aberdeen City.
As part of the role within physiotherapy, you will lead up a team of staff delivering evidence based upper quadrant management, have responsibility for teaching, keep the team up to date with any developments on a National basis as well as ensuring the correct pathway of care for our patients.
The post holder will be involved in service improvement and potentially with research projects with staff at RGU.
This post is part of the city-wide out-patient physiotherapy service which has an active in-service training programme and supports relevant continuing professional development.

The hospital site houses all clinical specialties with the exception of organ transplant and paediatric ITU.
