Location: (Blended / UK)
Travel: Monthly Client Visit to Belfast
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri) and 24x7 support as part of an On-Call Rota

Role purpose
This role sits within Vodafone Network Operations, Technical Operations providing technical delivery and maintenance to Vodafone clients for IP Telephony, MPLS & SCADA network upgrades.
You will be a member of a team providing market leading engineering services in support of our dedicated customer contract, this will require providing 24x7 support as part of an on-call rota.
What will you be doing?
As an IP Technical Architect, you will lead design and maintenance of a dedicated customers IP and IP Telephony solutions, providing expert knowledge and engineering services that support the Managed Service Agreement. A core part to this role will be validation and delivery of planned customer network changes both inside and outside of core working hours. You will be responsible for analysing Network Management Information, taking action to resolve any highlighted issues, as well as developing and designing security devices and software to ensure the safety of customer’s internal assets and information
Who are we looking for?
IP Telephony Network Design experience is essential- Experience in providing technical advice and guidance for fault escalations and provision tasks
- Cisco CCNP Accreditation (Cisco CCIE Accreditation would be a distinct advantage)
- SC Clearance or eligible to apply is a must. 5 Years minimal within the UK
