Investment Operations Analyst
Glasgow
As a Barclays Investment Operations Analyst, you will be required to work as part of a team accountable for providing world class client services to a diverse client base across Private Bank and Wealth Management. You will also be responsible for supporting an Operational Function within the Investment Operations Centre of Excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be the key point of contact for all Private Bank and Wealth Management for all service level reporting and service appendix changes.

- Working with colleagues across Asset Servicing, Transfers and Client Reporting to obtain key business metrics for onwards reporting
- Navigating across multiple systems and data sources carrying out relevant tasks
- Supporting the creation of communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders and actively managing day to day activities
- Engaging with colleagues across all jurisdictions in order to share knowledge and collective understanding of policies and procedures
- Providing timely management information and root cause analysis to stakeholders
- Seeking to improve and enhance processes, procedures, or controls, via lean and agile methodology
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record within an operational environment with experience in problem
- Good knowledge of operational risk requirements and standards applicable to the relevant processes and procedures
- Resilient individual who thrives in a fast paced
- Ability to manage and track budget, forecast demand and present outcomes with senior stakeholders
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions with ability to articulate rationale
