Basic Purpose
The Global Liquidity Solutions analyst will work closely with senior sales and client management to provide analytical, product and sales operational support to facilitate the sales effort and response to client interactions. We expect this individual to progress into a Sales role in the medium term.

Primary Responsibilities
As a member of the Liquidity Distribution team, the individual will support new business acquisition efforts within MSIM’s Global Liquidity team. The successful candidate should ideally have proven experience in Asset Management, Banking and/or Sales/Distribution experience.
Key areas of responsibility include and not limited to:
Research new prospects in collaboration with senior sales
  • Assist with managing the client relationship management database
  • Assist with the account opening process for new investors
  • Monitor client flows in/out of our funds
  • Work on qualitative materials and data analytics for request for proposals (RFP) and due diligence questionnaires
  • Prepare customised material for client presentations
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from clients
• Act as the main point of contact with internal Compliance teams and Legal teams• Prepare pipeline and sales activity reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
  • Previous Asset Management experience or Sales/Distribution experience
  • Strong academic qualifications; educated to degree standard or equivalent
  • A results-oriented individual who thrives on achievement and performance
• Highly detail-oriented, self-starter and team player, with the ability to maintain accuracy and effectiveness while working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively project manage his/her assignments meeting all deadlines
  • Strong organisational and analytical skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the fixed income markets is desirable
  • The role requires FCA registration, so existing qualification highly advantageous
