Investment Internship
Are you looking for your first step on your career that will take full advantage of your Finance, Maths, Physics or Statistics or other numerical subjects? One year in industry internship– could that be you?
Your new role
You will be working with and supporting all members of the Investment function, by providing research and support to key business activities. Amongst your duties, you’ll be analysing economic and performance data, assisting in developing/enhancing reporting tools and working with the large data sets to provide analytics for the team. You should be logical – we want you to contribute ideas, challenge existing working practices and help to find ways of applying academic thought in a pragmatic way.
Qualifications & experience - You should be a recent or soon-to-be university graduate.
Naturally you should interested in investment/finance and:
- Be mathematically able
- Have the ability and skills to manipulate and analyse large quantities of data
- You should have good IT Skills – outlook, MS Word, Excel etc
- You should have strong written and verbal communications skills
- Managing your own workload, you’ll need good time management, organisational and co-ordination skills to prioritise your work to meet deadlines.

The internship
- Salary £21,749pa
- Contract length: 12 months
- Start date: June/July – we’ll agree with you the best date to suit you and TPT
- Working week: 35 hours (Mon- Fri)
- Time off: 24 days annual leave
- Location: London EC2B – Bank/St Pauls Stations
- Hybrid working: Our standard hybrid working pattern is two days in the office, three days from home
