Accounts/Admin Assistant Required 37 Hours Per Week - Permanent
Neat Concepts based in North London (Edmonton N18) is one of UK’s leading manufacturers of added value Panel products, sold via a network of distributors into Builder/Timber merchants, shop fitters, joinery companies and other end users.
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an Accounts/Admin assistant to join our team.
Assisting with all areas of accounting within the company, you will report directly to the finance manager. Main duties will include:
- Purchase ledger invoice processing.
- Expenses processing.
- Bank receipts / payment processing and bank reconciliations.
- Supplier statement reconciliations (monthly)
- Credit control.
- Sales order processing.
- Providing cover to answer calls into the office.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when they arise.
As an integral part of the team, you will be highly organised, with the ability to follow procedure and be able to multitask in a busy environment. An excellent communicator with good computer literacy Sage50 experience is preferred.

Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-16:30
Salary £24,000-28,000 p/a dependant on experience.
20 days holiday plus Statutory days.
