Job description

As an investment banker, your duties will include overseeing mergers, putting financial models into practice, and creating legal and financial documentation.
You ought to have prior experience overseeing mergers and promoting financial services to business and government clientele. The ideal applicant will be a strong communicator and have advanced quantitative and analytical abilities.
Conduct analysis of market trends and financial data as well as research.
To raise funds, sell debt and trade stock.
Create and use financial models to analyse transactions and assess profitability.
