Adecco have an exciting opportunity available for Investigators to join our client, a well-known independent, not-for-profit organisation that resolve any financial disputes which a business and a consumer have been unable to solve themselves. They make decisions that feel fair to both sides and if they decide someone has been treated unfairly, they have the legal powers to put things right.

As an investigator you will...
  • Manage a caseload of complaints
  • Conduct a fair and thorough investigation into each complaint
  • Resolve each case by coming to a fair and balanced decision
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and explain decisions clearly, in writing and over the phone
  • Show understanding of complex complaints and the ability to think critically about what's happened to let people know where they stand
You do not need experience within financial services to be successful in this role, however this is desirable.

Location: Remote working. You will be required to work from an office in Manchester one day in every 8 weeks.

Hours: We have both full time (35 hours per week) and part time (28 hours per week) roles available. You will have the flexibility to agree a working pattern with your manager, covering the 'core part' of the day - such as 9am - 5pm, 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm.

Salary: £30,000pa + excellent benefits, including but not limited to...
