Avaliable Job Today Freightforce An established successful haulage business based in Norwich is recruiting for a customer service person.
Responsibilities include but not limited too
Dealing with customers on the telephone and via email
dealing with pallet network depots to ensure our customers deliveries are on time
account management
general admin tasks
Skills needed
Friendly outgoing personality
able to communicate with all levels
Enthusiastic, committed and a willing learner with previous experience in a busy office
Sound communication skills with ability to work with individuals across departments and liaise with external customers and contacts
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Willingness to be flexible to assist in smooth running of the busy office.
