Salary: £40,275 - £47,654 per year
Hours: 36 per week

As part of our continuous improvement agenda, we created an internal investigations team in 2022 with responsibility for ensuring that a fair and thorough investigation process is followed when it comes to colleagues raising concerns and/or the organisation responding to matters raised.
Your role will be to carry out investigations across the Council relating to a wide range of policy areas including but not limited to Discipline, Grievance, Domestic Abuse and Whistleblowing. Many of these investigations will be complex and highly sensitive in nature. You will act as a subject matter expert to ensure continuous improvement, best practice and compliance aligned to our organisational culture.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
