This Security Officer role would suit candidates with a front line SIA licence, and experience an enthusiasm for developing skills in security, gatekeeping, and as a Security Guard or Security Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to the building at all times
- Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
- Access / Egress control
- Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system
- Key Holding responsibilities
- Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks
- General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
- Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence
- Commitment to providing first class customer service
- Good verbal and written communication
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliability
