About Our Client

A growing Shoreham-By-Sea organisation are looking to recruit a full time permanent Credit Control Supervisor.

Job Description

As Credit Control Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Manage effectively part of a large ledger of over 3000 accounts
• Management of the team in the absence of Credit Control Manager
• Drive contact rates via phone and email across the team
• Maximising collections to reduce outstanding debtor day figures
• Initiation and management of legal proceedings and administration duties for accounts in liquidation
• Identify and analyse root causes for delays in collections of debt
• Responsible for requesting restriction of services and decide whether to start legal action
• Point of escalation for reconciliations
• Log efficiently the client queries and assign them to the relevant department

The Successful Applicant

• Credit control and debt recovery knowledge
• Managed a team or willingness/desire to manage
• Strong excel and financial software knowledge
