Job description
One Property Recruitment are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk in the Preston/Blackpool area. My client is well established in the Residential Property sector, and due to successful growth they are now expanding their team. Working in the finance team you will work alongside the Property Management team in respect of Service charge & accounts and invoicing My client is passionate about the industry and is focused on their delivery of service and therefore you must have excellent communicational skills. Core duties include:
· To assist with the processing of all supplier invoices onto the Qube system.
- To process all payments to suppliers ensuring our in house procedures are being followed
- To deal with all supplier enquires
- To promote a positive and helpful image for the company and to help maintain a quality service.
- To assist in answering telephone calls from customers entering accurate information on the Qube.
- Become proficient in the use of relevant computer packages, undertaking additional training if required.
- Establish and maintain effective communications with other staff in the company to ensure liaison and co-operation in all matters.

Due to the nature of the role the ideal candidate would have the following:
· Proven experience in accounting/purchase ledger
· A-C GCSE in maths and English
· Working on qube software would be advantageous
· have excellent organisational & communicational skills
