Position Profile:
The Sales Inventory Coordinator is responsible for coordination and scheduling of new truck sales working closely with the Parts and Service departments. This position is based in Dartmouth.
Responsibilities:
Key accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Dealing with the Service and Parts Departments for New Truck Sales
- Issuing POs internally and externally
- Reviewing Trucks Specifications
- Organizing Truck Sales Files/Invoices/NVIS
- Ordering & Selling Warranties
- Auditing and reviewing Body Builder Agreements
- Managing Kijiji Ads
- Updating the Sales order board
- Dealing with Short Ship Parts
- Dealing with outside suppliers
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity
- Outstanding attention to detail with exceptional organization
- Exceptional communication & people skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency in Windows and ideally dealership management software
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours in support of the business needs
- Applicants must currently be in Canada.
