Job Title Purchase Ledger Clerk

Reports To Purchase Ledger Manager July 23

Knowles Construction Ltd are a Construction firm specialising in the High-End residential market and are based near Edgware Rd tube station. The role is office based in order to create a strong team working ethos.

Job Purpose

This role is responsible the accurate processing of purchase ledger invoices and sub-contract certficates as well as weekly timesheets to a weekly timetable.

Duties And Responsibilities

The processing of purchase ledger timesheets and sub-contract certificates

The processing of weekly timesheets to strict deadlines

Supplier accounts reconciliation

Liaising with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.

Carrying out payment runs and investigating payment queries

Other ad-hoc duties as when required.

Desirable Work Experience And Skills

A positive outlook with a good attention to detail

A keen interest to learn new skills

Previous experience of working to deadlines

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Good organisation skills

A working knowledge of Excel.

Working knowledge of CIS and VAT
