We work with insurers, intermediaries, financial institutions and affinity groups, focusing upon delivering bespoke solutions providing 'best in market' legal advice and case handling.
We are seeking an organised Credit Control Manager to oversee our Premium and Credit Control team, analyse data, resolve queries, and implement improvements, based out of our offices in Colchester.
Ideally you will have insurance or financial services background, excel at communication, and enjoy empowering others.
You'll be responsible for:
Providing leadership through performance reviews, training, and coaching team members- Analysing data and resolving escalated queries – act as the first point of escalation for team queries and the Finance department
- Implementing process improvements
- Overseeing reporting and approvals
- Building relationships with stakeholders
