An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inventory Management Operative within our Receipt and Distribution Team at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Working within a busy, forward thinking and progressive department, the post holder will be a key member of the team within the Procurement & Supplies Department. The role will be to provide support to the Departments within the trust to ensure stock that is delivered to the Trust is accurately recorded and delivered to departments in a timely manner.
The successful post holder will be responsible for the receipt of all stock that is delivered to the Trust, using a PDA and the Trust systems. Checking orders, receipting goods and ensuring that stock is delivered, to enable clinical teams to effectively deliver their service to our patients. This will vary from small low cost consumables to expensive items . The post holder will need to be flexible to support all functions within the Supplies Team. Departmental opening hours are 07:00 – 17:00.
