Job description
Edmundson Electrical Ltd, the country's leading electrical wholesaler with over 300 branches throughout the UK, currently have a vacancy with an immediate start available, for a full time Inventory Controller to join our experienced team at our Western Electrical branch in Cattedown, Plymouth, Devon.
The successful applicant will preferably have previous electrical wholesale experience and will be responsible for the purchasing and control of the branch stock profile, sourcing non-stock items and negotiating with suppliers.
This is a also a customer facing role so a good personality with a polite, good natured attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast paced business are also very important.
Good time management and computer skills will be required, as well as the ability to multitask.
The excellent benefits package includes a competitive basic salary depending on experience, company pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a unique performance related bonus scheme.
Basic 45 hour week, Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm plus 1 x 4 hour Saturday morning overtime on a rota basis.
