Our Property Care Team (PCT) are crucial to the day to day running of the business, looking after the customer from tenancy application right through the lifespan of a tenancy to the checkout and deposit return process for landlords and tenants, plus ensuring that our landlords' properties are being well maintained.
n exciting opportunity for a temporary Inventory Clerk with the possibility of a permanent contract to join a thriving dynamic team.
You must have exceptional attention to detail, own transport, internet access and be PC literate. Full training is given.
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, property condition inventories and check out inspections across our portfolio of residential lettings properties.
This role requires on average 8-10 hours per week across 2 or 3 days. As the nature of the work can fluctuate there needs to be a degree of flexibility on a weekly basis to be available anywhere from 2-3 days. However, the work can be completed at a time that suits the clerk between 9am-5pm.
